Back to School Drive:

Our annual Back to School Drive helps children and families start school prepared. We are looking for donations of School supplies, backpacks and gift cards for clothes and shoes. We are excited to except donations Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday 9am-5pm, through August 13th.   Thank you for your help, and supporting the families served by the  Walnut Avenue Women’s Center!

Mini Golf Tournament

Neptune’s Kingdom at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 pm

Our second annual mini golf tournament at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk will once again feature teams from all over Santa Cruz. Businesses and organizations are invited to sponsor each hole which will include their names, logo, and website. Along with the fun golfing, there will also be a silent auction of services and goods from our sponsors.  100% of the proceeds from the festival go toward programs and services at WAWC.

Shop for Your Free Prom Dress

Save those dresses for next year!  Over 700 dresses were donated and distributed to young ladies in our community.  You can drop of your donations at Classic Cleaners starting February 2011.
