Adopt-A-Family 2012

Bring the Holidays to Families in Need!

The Adopt-A-Family Program matches families in need with individuals, community groups and/or local businesses who “adopt” them for the holidays. Every gift, large or small makes a difference!

Choose how you’d like to participate:

-Adopt an entire family or individual

-Provide gift cards

-Make a cash donation and we’ll take care of the gift-purchasing

Please deliver your unwrapped donations WITH WISH LISTS STAPLED TO THEM by December 14th to 175 Walnut Avenue, Santa Cruz.

Gift Drop-off dates are December 10,11,13, and 14 during the hours of 10:00am.-2:30pm
